A shower enclosure is the quickest change in a bathroom. There is no permit and no structural work in a straight replacement, the glass is measured after your tile, fabricated in our Heights shop and fitted on one visit. We measure it like mechanics to ensure it seals perfectly. Send a photo of the opening with your ZIP and we will tell you which enclosure the room can take.

Commercial glazingMost leaks are not the window. They are the gap around it. This is the sequence our own crews follow on every opening, so the whole margin around the window is sealed, not just the glass.
A bead of silicone goes around the window opening, then a layer of flashing tape over it, so water cannot reach the fastener holes and get inside the house.
Corner flashing pieces go over the tape at each corner, where leaks usually start. That makes the framing around the window waterproof, not only the window itself.
Another line of silicone on the flashing, the nail fin screwed down on top of it, and a second layer of flashing tape over the nail fin.
Any gap between the wall and the frame is filled with insulating foam before the sheetrock goes back over it.

Royal Windoor is owned and run by the Nemati family from our shop in the Houston Heights. Saeid lost his father early and had to build a business from scratch. Parsa grew up fixing cars and brings a mechanic’s troubleshooting eye to every failed window. Ghazal’s background in biology brings a strict, regulatory rigor to permits and HOA approvals.
Because we manufacture and install, a problem with the frame and a problem with the flashing land on the same desk. There is nobody to hand it to, which is the whole reason our reviews keep mentioning how fast we come back to people.
