Premium Windows & Doors in Houston, TX
Manufactured and installed from our Heights shop: inner-loop modern, garden-oak cottages, and the custom packages that sit between them.
What Makes Houston Different
Houston is not one housing market, which is why a city-wide page has to be more honest than a suburb page. Inside the loop the stock runs from 1920s bungalows in the Heights and Garden Oaks, through 1950s ranch in Oak Forest, to new contemporary infill on 50-foot lots in Rice Military and Montrose. Each of those asks for a different window, and pretending one product line covers them is how a quote goes wrong.
Our shop is at 7248 Wynnpark Drive in the Heights, so the city is not a service-area abstraction for us. Measure appointments here are a twenty-minute drive, not a half-day of travel, which is why inner-loop work is a large part of what we actually install rather than what we advertise. Heights bungalows typically need smaller, historically proportioned units in a finish that will survive a civic-association review. Rice Military contemporary infill typically needs the opposite: large aluminum sliders, thin sightlines, and panels that have to come in through a four-foot side yard.
The climate is the one constant. Houston heat, humidity and the occasional tropical system punish failed seals and untreated aluminum equally, whether the house is in Timbergrove or West University. Thermal breaks, laminated glass where it earns its keep, and a finish that will not chalk in five summers are the specification questions we actually argue about on these jobs.
Access is the inner-loop tax. Mature trees, narrow lots, shared drives and HOA rules about street parking all show up on install day if they were not priced on measure day. We walk the site with that in mind, because a 12-foot panel that looks perfect on a drawing is a different job when the only path to the rear elevation is a 36-inch gate.
If you are elsewhere in the metro -- Katy, Sugar Land, Memorial, River Oaks, the Galleria, The Woodlands, Spring, or the coastal cities -- those pages lead with the offer that actually fits that market. This page is for the city itself, and for anyone whose address is Houston, TX, and who wants the manufacturer that is already here.
Architectural Aluminum, Custom Sizes and Finishes

Minimal Sliding Doors
Thermally broken 6063-T5 aluminum with German hardware. The slimmest sightlines and the largest panels we build -- the default for a Houston elevation that has to look as expensive as the house.

Folding & Lift-and-Slide
Walls of glass that actually open. Made to the drawing, not picked from a catalog -- which is why this work lands with a manufacturer.

Custom Replacement
When the brief is every opening, we will still tell you where premium aluminum is worth it and where vinyl is the better spend.

Other Ways We Help
Houston Questions
Do you only work inside the loop?
No. The shop is in the Heights and we install from Lake Conroe to Galveston. Inner-loop Houston is simply the work we can get to fastest, and a large share of what we already do.
Can you match historic window proportions on a Heights bungalow?
Usually, yes -- within the limits of a modern insulated unit. Divided lites, frame color and sightline are the three things civic associations look at. We supply the drawings that review typically asks for.
Is aluminum always the right call in Houston?
No. Aluminum is the right call when the opening is large, the architecture is contemporary, or the drawing specifies a sightline vinyl cannot hit. For a whole-house replacement on a 1990s suburban elevation, vinyl is often the better value. We carry both so we can say that.
