How this job actually runs
Commercial glazing fails when supply and install are two companies arguing about whose detail leaked. We do not split that.
Most of our volume is residential. The commercial work we take is the work that fits a metal-and-glass shop: storefronts, office partitions, stair glass and architectural openings on small-to-mid Houston projects. We are not a high-rise curtain-wall contractor, and we will tell you when a job is not ours.
What we can do well is fabricate and install from one place. A storefront that has to match an adjacent residential aluminum line, an office that wants daylight without a drywall maze, a lobby stair that needs a glass guard, those are shop jobs. See also architectural glass for partitions and multi-family packages for apartment and townhome volume.
We are listed in The Blue Book for the Houston region under windows and doors, which is still how a lot of general contractors find a glazing trade. GHBA membership covers the builder side of the same conversation. Both are on the affiliations page.
Send the drawings or the address. If the scope is a full curtain wall or a hospital envelope, we will say no quickly rather than stretch a residential shop over a job it should not take.

What You Can Expect
Storefronts and entries
Aluminum framing and glass that has to work every day, not only look finished on day one.
Office partitions
Daylight and acoustic separation without waiting on a national partition vendor.
Same shop as the residential line
Hardware, glass and warranty live in the Heights, not at a broker.
GC-friendly scheduling
We install against the construction schedule and stay for the punch list.
Typical Jobs
- General contractors who need a Houston glazing trade for a storefront or lobby
- Office and retail owners replacing tired front glass or adding partitions
- Architects specifying aluminum that should match a residential sister building
Questions about this service
Do you do high-rise curtain wall?
No. We take storefront, partition and architectural-opening work that fits a manufacturer-installer of our size. We will tell you when a job needs a different contractor.
Can you match a residential aluminum line on a commercial facade?
Often yes, that is one of the reasons builders call us. Send the spec and the elevation.
Are you in The Blue Book?
Yes, Houston region, windows and doors. The listing is linked from our affiliations page.
