Four Season Sunrooms, A Real Room, Year Round
Insulated walls, windows and doors for true four-season use. Conditioned space that lives like the rest of the house, because it is built like the rest of the house.
Adding a Room, Not Covering a Patio
Insulated walls, windows and doors for true four-season use, the highest-specification option in the range.
A four-season sunroom is built to the standard of the house it attaches to: insulated walls and roof, energy-efficient glazing, and heating and cooling so the room holds temperature in August and in January. That is what separates it from an enclosure, you are adding a room, not covering a patio.
It is the largest ticket and the longest program of the four options, and it is also the one that changes how a house lives most, because the space is usable every day of the year without qualification.
Built for How Houston Lives
- Insulated walls, windows and doors built to residential standard
- Energy-efficient glazing specified for Texas solar gain
- Conditioned space that holds temperature year round
- Highest resale contribution of the four options
- Full design, permitting and structural work handled by us

What Makes It Four Season
Three things: the thermal envelope, the glazing specification and the mechanical provision. Insulate the walls and roof but fit single-glazed windows and the room will still be unusable in summer. Get the glass right but leave the space off the HVAC and you will only use it in spring and autumn. All three have to be designed together, which is why this option starts with a proper design conversation rather than a price per square foot.
Solar orientation drives most of the specification. A west-facing room in Houston takes a brutal afternoon load, and the right answer there is different glass, not more air conditioning.
Households that want genuine additional living space, are prepared for a longer program, and care about how the addition contributes to the value of the home.
