Window Replacement & Sunrooms in Conroe, TX
County seat on I-45: heat, pine country, and housing that grew fast after the 1990s. Replacement is the volume job. The lake is a different page.
What Makes Conroe Different
Conroe is the Montgomery County seat, not a waterfront subdivision. The economy is I-45 commuting, local government, healthcare, retail, and the overflow of households who wanted north-of-Houston prices without The Woodlands HOA. Oil and timber built the old town. The last twenty-five years built the subdivisions. That split is the glass job: a handful of historic downtown openings that need careful sash proportions, and a much larger book of 1990s to 2010s production houses whose builder vinyl is now fogged, chalked, or stuck.
Climate is inland Gulf Coast: long, humid summers, strong afternoon sun, and pine pollen that loads sills. It is hotter on a west brick elevation in August than it is romantic. Hurricanes still throw rain and wind this far north (Ike's wind field, Harvey's rain), but Conroe is not Galveston Island. We do not lead this page with impact glass. Laminated units are available when an elevation is exposed or a client asks. The weekday spec is window replacement that actually cuts cooling load: Elevate vinyl, our vinyl, or thermally broken aluminum on the rooms that earn it.
Grand Central Park and the newer west-side tracts are a different brief from Creekwood or older Loop 336 streets: original glass may still be sound, lots are deeper, and a patio enclosure starts to make sense. Downtown and the older core are replacement, sometimes one elevation at a time. We will not copy a Lake Conroe waterfront quote onto a Conroe street that never sees the reservoir.
What Royal Windoor does from the Heights: measure with no travel charge inside this footprint (Lake Conroe is the northern edge, Conroe is inside it), manufacture aluminum and vinyl, distribute Elevate, install replacement, sunrooms where the patio is already roofed, and impact only when the elevation justifies it. We do not invent TDI, NFRC, or insurance discounts. Send the Conroe address, not a lake lot, if that is the house.

Other Ways We Help
Conroe Questions
Is Conroe inside your install area?
Yes. The northern edge of the footprint is Lake Conroe. The city of Conroe sits inside that ring. The shop is in the Houston Heights.
Do I need hurricane windows in Conroe?
Not as a city-wide rule. This is inland Montgomery County. If an elevation is open to wind-driven debris we will talk impact. We will not sell a coastal package because the word hurricane was on last year's news.
Should I use the Lake Conroe page instead?
Use Lake Conroe if the house sits on the reservoir, in a lake HOA, or on a lot whose rear glass is the water. Use this page for in-town Conroe, Grand Central Park, and the I-45 / Loop 336 fabric.
