How this job actually runs
A Houston manufacturer can still supply a project in another state. What we will not pretend is that our crews will fly there to install it.
Royal Windoor builds thermally broken aluminum and vinyl systems in Houston and installs them from Lake Conroe to Galveston. Clients in other parts of the United States still ask for the product: a custom slider for a second home, a crate of vinyl units for a builder, shower glass for an office remodel. Those orders are supply-only. We fabricate, crate and ship to the address you give us. A local installer on your end sets the unit.
We do not publish freight prices here because they depend on the crate, the glass, and the destination ZIP. The quote names the product and a freight estimate once we have those three things. Lead time is the fabrication time plus transit, we will not invent a number that would be wrong for a single casement versus a multi-panel slider.
If you are inside Greater Houston, you almost always want installation or replacement from the same shop, not a freight quote. This page is for everyone else: another Texas metro, another Gulf Coast city, or a home or office anywhere in the United States that can receive a crate.
A supply-only order is still built to your openings rather than to a catalog size, and out here you are the one holding the tape. Parsa has written out exactly how we measure: three-point widths and heights, diagonals to catch an out-of-square opening, the depth people forget, and the four photos to send with the numbers. We read the numbers against the photos before anything is cut.

Do you install outside Houston?
No. Installation, flashing and on-site warranty labor stay inside the Greater Houston footprint, Lake Conroe to Galveston, Katy and Sugar Land to the ship channel. Outside that ring we ship the product. A local installer on your end sets it.
What can you ship?
Aluminum and vinyl we manufacture, and Elevate when we are acting as the authorized distributor. Shower glass and sunroom kits can ship when the order is supply-only. We will say if a particular unit is a poor candidate for freight.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the crate, the glass and the destination ZIP. We quote freight after those are known. We do not publish a flat rate that would be wrong for most jobs.

Can you ship to an apartment or a high-rise office?
