Effective August 28, 2026. This notice applies to royalwindoorus.com and the quote, call, and contact systems used by Royal Windoor US.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code, product interests, project details, and any opening photograph you choose to upload. Our systems also record the page that produced the request, submission time, IP address, browser details, referrer, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, or FBCLID when they are present.

Session storage remembers campaign information while you move between pages. Google Tag Manager and connected analytics services may use browser storage or cookies to measure site use. Paid visitors may see a different tracking phone number so the resulting call can be attributed without changing our public business number.

How We Use Information

We use this information to answer your request, prepare or coordinate an estimate, understand the product or service you need, operate our sales process, prevent abuse, improve the website, and measure which marketing produced useful client conversations.

Royal Windoor uses GoHighLevel to manage contacts, calls, and opportunities. When our team confirms that an inquiry is a qualified lead, booked measure, or completed sale, limited attribution and contact information may be sent to Google or Meta to measure advertising and improve campaign quality. We do not treat every form submission or page visit as a qualified conversion.

Who Receives Information

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, email, customer relationship management, call tracking, analytics, advertising, and security. These currently include Hostinger, Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, Google, Meta, and Cloudflare where the service is enabled. We do not publish quote details or customer opening photographs. We do not sell contact lists for money.

Photographs, Calls, and Retention

Uploaded opening photographs are stored in a server folder blocked from direct web access and opened through an unguessable private link. Website photo links expire after 30 days and expired files are removed by the application. Email copies, CRM records, quotes, contracts, and records needed for business, warranty, fraud prevention, or legal purposes may be retained longer.

Calls to tracking numbers may be logged and may be recorded where enabled. Any recording notice presented on the call applies. Do not upload or send sensitive identification, payment-card, medical, or financial account information through the quote form.

Your Choices

You may ask what contact information we hold, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or ask us not to use your information for targeted advertising measurement. Children and Changes

This site is intended for property owners, builders, designers, and other adults. It is not directed to children. If this notice changes materially, the effective date on this page will be updated.
