Royal Windoor is owned and run by the Nemati family from our shop in the Houston Heights. We manufacture premium aluminum and vinyl windows and doors, and we install them ourselves, from Lake Conroe to Galveston.
Saeid Nemati learned responsibility before he learned business. After losing his father young, he became the provider for a family of six. Work in the bazaar and construction became the beginning of a career that now spans about three decades.
His search for better manufacturing has taken him through China, Turkey, and Latin America for six or seven months in some years. The travel is not a display. It is how he studies products, builds relationships, and brings useful ideas home to Houston. The principle behind Royal Windoor remains the same: quality should not have to be expensive.
Today Royal Windoor manufactures premium aluminum and mid-tier vinyl systems in Houston and distributes Elevate at the entry tier. The company is careful to say which products it makes and which it distributes. Installation is handled by the same local operation responsible for helping the client select the system.
The family works across formal titles rather than inside rigid silos. Saeid leads product and manufacturing. Parsa turns estimates into schedules, crews, and completed openings. Ghazal works across finance, people, permitting, suppliers, and client communication. Dr. Medai Abadi and Medai Digital serve as the external Technology and Marketing Partner. Their roles are distinct, but the responsibility is shared.

We deliver and install across the whole Houston metro: as far north as Lake Conroe and Montgomery, south to Galveston Island and the bay communities, west through Katy, Fulshear and Sugar Land, and east along the I-10 and ship channel corridor to Baytown and Mont Belvieu.
