Ghazal works where finance, people, permitting, suppliers, and client communication meet. Titles remain fluid in a growing family company, so she and Parsa often carry work across each other's formal roles. Her strength is keeping the difficult conversations moving until the paperwork, people, and product arrive where they need to be.
She first followed a path toward medicine. Ghazal earned a biology degree from the University of Houston through pre-medical studies and worked with doctors to understand both the practice and the needs of patients. She later questioned whether medicine was her future or whether her father's entrepreneurial instinct was pulling her toward business. She added business and MBA studies to her scientific foundation.
Today, one sequence of calls can move from City of Houston regulations and permits to a manufacturer in China, a partner in Turkey, or a supplier in Mexico. On one memorable day, she coordinated a shipment through a sailor in the Pacific. She also travels overseas with Saeid and has learned how to build trust across cultures while remaining effective, prepared, and sharp.
Her father tells her that the future is unknown. What can be known are the lessons of the past and the quality of today's work. Ghazal brings that patience to decisions that cannot be rushed and that discipline to details clients may never see, but depend upon.

“I once thought my path was medicine. Biology and working with doctors taught me to study carefully, listen closely, and understand what another person actually needs. Business did not erase that training. It gave it a different place to work.
A normal day can move from the City of Houston to China, Turkey, Mexico, or a shipment crossing the Pacific. Every person has a different expectation, but the project still has to arrive, comply, and move forward.
Many of the details I handle are things a client may never see. That does not make them less important. A permit, a supplier conversation, or one correct document can protect an entire project.
My father says the future is unknown. We have the lessons of the past and the work we do today. I try to make today's work worthy of the trust placed in us.”
