Why I Chose to Work With Royal Windoor
I did not choose Royal Windoor because the company was already polished. I chose it because the work, the family, and the willingness to improve gave us something honest to amplify.

Editor's note: This is the final part of a three-part interview with Dr. Medai Abadi (Dr. Mohammadmehdi Ezzatabadipour). Medai Digital LLC is Royal Windoor's external technology and marketing partner.
Why did you choose to work with Royal Windoor?
Dr. Medai: I did not choose Royal Windoor because the company was already polished. I chose it because the substance was there: a Houston family manufacturing and installing real products, learning across borders, carrying mistakes as well as experience, and trying to make quality accessible without pretending every project is perfect.
Before Medai represents a business, I want to understand what happens when the owner is not in the sales meeting. What does the crew do at the opening? What documents exist? What do past projects show? How does the company respond when something goes wrong? Royal Windoor gave us a body of products, certifications, job photography, people, and unfinished work that could be examined instead of invented.
What did you recognize in the Nemati family?
Dr. Medai: I recognized a form of family responsibility I understand personally. Saeid Nemati built through labor, travel, manufacturing relationships, losses, and repeated beginnings. Mrs. Nemati describes success as raising responsible children and protecting the process, not chasing only the final invoice. Parsa wants to understand how the mechanism works and remain present when the job becomes difficult. Ghazal carries the documentation, permitting, finance, and international coordination that clients rarely see but depend on.
These are not flawless characters in an advertisement. They are people with different strengths, arguments, histories, and responsibilities. That is exactly why the story can be authentic.
How did you test the claim of quality?
Dr. Medai: We did not begin with adjectives. We opened the files. We reviewed NFRC labels, installation instructions, product drawings, project images, customer records, manufacturing materials, and the limits of what could honestly be said. Where an address or claim was not verified, we marked it. Where a photograph was misidentified, we removed it. Where a product certificate applied to one system, we did not stretch it across every product.
The Royal Windoor brand record, installation and certification resources, and project portfolio matter because they let a homeowner inspect the evidence. Good marketing should reveal the work, not cover for its absence.
What is your actual role in the company?
Dr. Medai: I am not a Royal Windoor employee, installer, product certifier, or engineer of record. I serve as an external Technology and Marketing Partner through Medai Digital LLC.
My responsibility is to connect the website, search and answer-engine visibility, CRM, lead attribution, automation, content, and technical infrastructure into one accountable system. The public can see more about that relationship on the Medai Digital partnership page and my Royal Windoor profile.
How does authenticity change the marketing?
Dr. Medai: In the age of AI, polished language is nearly free. A model can produce ten slogans before breakfast. Authenticity becomes more valuable because it cannot be generated from nothing. It comes from a person who risked something, learned something, changed an opinion, kept a promise, or admitted a failure.
That is why Royal Windoor's articles are tied to named people. Saeid should sound like somebody who studies manufacturing and survived decades of business. Parsa should sound like a Houston operator who learned mechanisms through cars and job sites. Ghazal should sound like the person who knows that one missing document can stop a project. My own writing should carry mathematics, systems, ethical capitalism, curiosity, and the questions I genuinely ask.
What does serving leadership mean to you?
Dr. Medai: Leadership is not standing above the system. It is accepting responsibility for what the system does to people. A serving leader listens, studies, builds, and remains present after the exciting part is over.
My mother taught me that through work. Houston taught me that through opportunity. The University of Houston taught me that through education and patience. Royal Windoor gives me one place to return those lessons by helping a local family business become more capable, more visible, and more accountable.
What is the human advantage in an age of AI and robots?
Dr. Medai: Be deeply authentic. Serve before you perform leadership. Learn in every moment from people, especially those whose experience does not look like yours. AI can process more text than I can and robots can repeat motions more precisely than I can. But neither can take moral responsibility on my behalf.
The human task is not to compete with machines at being machines. It is to decide what deserves to be built, whom it should serve, what must not be sacrificed, and whether we are brave enough to remain ourselves while doing it.
