Saeid Nemati is a businessman and entrepreneur of about three decades. He founded Royal Windoor as a Houston manufacturer, seller, and installer of aluminum and vinyl windows and doors. The company also serves as an authorized Elevate distributor at the entry vinyl tier. He remains closely involved in the aluminum extrusion, vinyl systems, glazing, and manufacturing relationships behind the products made in the Heights shop.
He was born into a labor family in the villages of Zanjan. He lost his father young and, as the eldest son, became the provider for a family of six overnight. He spent his childhood in the bazaar and working in construction. Ambition pushed him toward education, while a passion for building turned that early responsibility into a career reaching across continents.
Saeid travels six or seven months a year through China, Turkey, and Latin America to study manufacturing, build relationships, and find ideas his team can adapt for American homes. Houston is his American home, and affordability remains central to his work. His principle is simple: quality should not have to be expensive.
His career has included setbacks as well as growth. He invested in Houston startup companies and lost millions. Asked whether he regretted it, he called the money his loss and Houston's win. People found jobs, learned, and built careers. To him, the real legacy is measured in juniors who become seniors, graduates who become leaders, and young shops that become quality shops.
