Parsa is often the first person a Royal Windoor client speaks with and the person who stays connected to the project as it moves forward. He listens to what the client wants, helps turn it into a practical plan, and coordinates estimating, scheduling, crews, and communication from the first measure through the final walk-through.
He grew up across the Middle East and the United States and went to high school in Houston. Cars were his first passion. He remembers his younger days as Houston's Fast and Furious Tej Parker: the organizer among friends, the person interested in the technology inside the car, and part of the community that gathered along Memorial Drive. He now brings that same curiosity and energy to the family business.
Parsa began working in mechanic shops, dealerships, and car maintenance at 17. He wanted to understand how things worked, why they failed, and how to make them work properly again. That instinct still guides him when he looks at a window opening, a door system, a wall of glass, or a challenge on a job site.
He believes leadership means showing up beside the team and being available to the client. He does not want people passed between departments or left wondering who is responsible. If a project needs a decision, a practical answer, or someone willing to step into the work, he wants to be that person.
His father taught him that reputation takes a lifetime to build and can disappear overnight. For Parsa, that lesson is personal. Every project carries the family's name, and every conversation is an opportunity to earn trust. His goal is not only to complete the work, but to leave clients feeling heard, respected, and confident about who stood behind it.

“I like to move quickly, but moving quickly only matters after you listen. I want to understand what the client is trying to create, what is worrying them, and what a good result would feel like in their home or project.
I have always needed to understand how things work and why they break. It started with cars when I was 17. Today it may be a door, a window, a wall of glass, a crew, or a schedule. The curiosity is the same.
I believe a leader should be present. If the work requires sweat and dirt, I am comfortable being there with the team. If a client needs an answer, I do not want them wondering which department to call.
My father taught me that reputation takes a lifetime to build and can disappear overnight. Every client is trusting us with part of their home, their money, and their time. I want them to feel that we listened, cared, and stood behind the work.
My job is to represent the client even when the client is not in the room. Protect their trust, keep the project moving, and never trade a good name for an easy answer.”
